General Manager
Penny Fox joined the team as Manager in 2012. Penny has worked in rural Alberta since 1987 and has lived in both the central, northwest and northeast parts of the province. Penny’s career has been varied from working in Economic Development, for Chambers of Commerce and in municipal government. Penny and her husband are avid volunteers and run a small ag operation on their acreage near St. Paul
Jody Foulds
Senior Business Officer
Jody has lived in rural Alberta for over 25 years and has been with CFSPSL for over 10 years. His experiences with Community Futures and Credit Unions has covered many industries including agriculture, small business, forestry, and oil & gas. He enjoys sports, traveling, and listening to audio books while on the road. He likes working at Community Futures as almost every day brings something new such as meeting new people or hearing about new and creative business ideas.
Judith Hess
Receptionist
Judith has been with Community Futures for more than 10 years. She is the bilingual voice that answers the phone (yes, she is a real live person and not voice mail!). Judith is passionate about baking and gardening. Judith spoils the board with cooked meals for board meetings and staff members always get their favourite birthday cake! Judith is the volunteer Secretary/Treasurer for St. Paul Champions for Change and enjoys seeing businesses growth across this region and how much it has changed over the years.
